We strive to make your experience with All Star Awards & Ad Specialties Inc. pleasant and satisfactory, please contact us immediately if you have any reason to return our products. Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. All returns must be authorized by All Star Awards & Ad Specialties Inc. within 7 business days of delivery. Shipping charges and any pre-proofed product with direct engraving (where engraving is not on an attached plate) are non-refundable. Please contact us at 816-531-3635 for further assistance.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that in the case we are offering free shipping, this would only apply to addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping to a military base using an APO address does not qualify for free shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
